I found the staff helpful. They ensured my stay was smooth. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! It featured a wide selection of items. Parking on-site was convenient. I appreciated the added security.
I noticed a little street noise at times, but it was manageable.

uneven mattress room change
The location was acceptable on a quiet street.
I found the mattress to be substandard. It was soft and uneven, honestly making a good night's sleep impossible. Even after reporting this issue, a promised room change or mattress replacement never materialized.

i found the triple room spacious, a great feature for a longer stay with family. the room included amenities such as complimentary beverages and snacks. i also noticed daily room service, and it was consistent, providing fresh towels and tidy bed linen each day.
the bathroom used a glass door, which impacted privacy a little.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel itself because the area nearby has several cafes. Restaurants, and a supermarket, each within a five-minute walk. this variety provided plenty of alternative options, ensuring i could quickly grab something.
